Shipping policy

Standard shipping is the only shipping choice available at the moment. As we mature as a company we hope to grow to be able to provide faster shipping methods. Shipping costs are added to your total when you check out. . Shipping takes an average of 3-5 business days from purchase.

REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

ETHEREAL is a growing company, our return and exchange policy is rather brief. Refunds are only an option if the products arrives to you flawed. If a order is placed accidental we do accept exchanges for another item of same price, however we do not accept refunds for them. After the defective shirt has been received by ETHEREAL a full refund will be returned.

We do not, however, accept returns for any reason other than a faulty product. As ETHEREAL matures as a company we hope to be able to one day meet the needs of all of our customers and adapt to be better suited to handle returns and exchanges.
